4. Providers and transfers
Hosting infrastructure is provided by Vercel. Contact-form delivery uses Resend, while Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect the form from automated abuse. Processing locations, retention and safeguards remain subject to final legal review and the production configuration of those providers.

Data is retained only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, security or legal obligations. Individuals may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection where applicable, and may lodge a complaint with Malta's Information and Data Protection Commissioner.
